  • In order for Medicaid to pay for a ride, you (or someone who is helping you) will need to call Medicaid’s toll-free number at 1-800-362-1504 at least five days before the ride is needed. The NET hotline will be open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on major state holidays.​
